Captain America Brave New World

Captain America Brave New World

Captain America: Brave New World is showing this weekend (April 4-6) at the Falkon Theatre. All shows are at 8:00PM.

Anthony Mackie returns as the high-flying hero Sam Wilson, who’s officially taken up the mantle of Captain America. After meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.

I’m most excited to see Harrison Ford as the Red Hulk in this one. I know the Marvel Cinematic Universe isn’t what it was before End Game. My biggest complaint has been uninteresting story lines based on the multiverse. This movie has nothing to do with the multiverse and I’m glad for it. However, I did read, “While Captain America: Brave New World doesn’t really deal with any multiverse themes, the post-credits scene suggests that Marvel is going to start making sense of these concepts sooner rather than later.” So we do know to stick around for the post-credit scene!

As always, these big action movies are best seen in the theatre with the BIG screen and the BIG sound. I will do my best to have things tweaked just right for your best viewing experience!
