Lowen Ashleigh, a struggling writer, receives an incredible opportunity when she is hired to finish the bestselling book series of Verity Crawford, who is unable to work following an accident. While staying at the Crawford estate, Lowen discovers a manuscript containing confessions about Verity’s life and her husband, Jeremy. As she begins to uncover the truth behind the family’s secrets and Verity’s accident, Lowen is left questioning who she can trust.
Based on Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel, Verity brings together Dakota Johnson, Anne Hathaway, and Josh Hartnett for the most star studded and experienced crew for an adaption yet. Feedback has been very positive, praising the performances from the A-List cast, and the building of tension and suspense alongside a consistent pace.
