Jason Mamoa returns to the Falkon Theatre this weekend (Jan 12 – 14) in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Show times are Friday and Saturday at 8:00PM and Sunday it is a matinee at 2:00PM.
After failing to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta wields the power of the mythic Black Trident to unleash an ancient and malevolent force. Hoping to end his reign of terror, Aquaman forges an unlikely alliance with his brother, Orm, the former king of Atlantis. Setting aside their differences, they join forces to protect their kingdom and save the world from irreversible destruction.
This one has been doing well at the box office and audiences seem to be enjoying it with a 86% positive rating on RottenTomatoes with over 1000 reviews. This is the final movie of the DC extended universe.
According to critics… Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” has the vibe of an episode of the Saturday morning cartoon “Super Friends.”

I like how they call is Sci-Fi Violence and not just violence. I’m not sure what the difference is? Perhaps because in Sci-Fi violence nobody ever really dies?
