Did you know that we have a local connection to The Accountant 2???
Taylor Leblanc who grew up in the area and who was a student of mine (“until he turned to the dark side” – shameless Star Wars reference) worked on the movie. In his words he worked on he Visual Effects as a Compositor! Mostly during the hacking scene to find a certain woman.
I looked up film compositor and this is what the internet says, “A visual effects (VFX) artist who combines different visual elements, such as live-action footage, CGI, and special effects, to create a cohesive and seamless final image or shot.”
Taylor works for a company called Gneiss Stuff which is a boutique VFX studio. How cool is that???
