Based on the bestselling novel from the author of The Martian, Project Hail Mary follows a school teacher who wakes up on a spacecraft with no memory and no crew. As the pieces start to come together, he realizes his mission to save Earth has even greater stakes than he imagined.
Lead by Ryan Gosling, it is a smart and fun story and it seems like a great mix of problem-solving, tension, and humor. There are a lot of impressive people involved with this movie, and it feels like some established names chose to make this film as a more personal project.
