With a <em>97% positive rating<\/em> and over <em>$300 million<\/em> at the box office, <em>Sinners<\/em> is now one of the highest-grossing horror films of all time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My wife happened to be in Regina and caught an early screening\u2014and she absolutely loved it (and she\u2019s not even a horror fan!). She raved about the powerful story and the incredible music. My son says he can\u2019t stop playing the soundtrack\u2014it\u2019s been his go-to on Spotify for weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sinners<\/em> is a Southern Gothic horror set in the Jim Crow-era South. Michael B. Jordan delivers a gripping performance in a dual role as twin brothers, Smoke and Stack, WWI veterans and former members of Al Capone\u2019s gang. Hoping to start fresh, they return to their hometown with a stash of Capone\u2019s cash and dreams of opening a juke joint in an abandoned sawmill. But when a mysterious man named Remmick (Jack O\u2019Connell) arrives, they find themselves face to face with a terrifying evil. As one preacher warns, \u201cYou keep dancing with the devil\u2014one day he\u2019s going to follow you home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One reviewer summed it up perfectly:<br><em>&#8220;This was outstanding. I knew absolutely nothing about this film and was floored by everything that happened. Incredible performances.
